Peter Davies

Litigation partner, Peter Davies, adds a wealth of valuable experience in handling complex and high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims to the Davey Franklin Jones team, and is based at our Gloucester office.

As a well-respected specialist in private litigation and injury compensation, Peter is approved by the Law Society as a member of the specialist Personal Injury Panel, and is also a member of the Headway Personal Injury list of solicitors, with particular expertise in the complex field of head injury.

Peter also holds accreditation as senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and previous settlements in his portfolio of cases include:
