Litigation director, Peter Davies, brings a wealth of practical experience in handling complex and high value personal injury and clinical negligence to the Davey Franklin Jones team, and is based at our Gloucester office.

As a well-respected specialist in private litigation and injury compensation, Peter is approved by the Law Society as a member of the specialist Personal Injury Panel, and is also on the Headway – the Brain Injury Association, solicitors list which means that he abides by their Code of Conduct when dealing with the injured or their carers. The Code forbids members from claiming to have specialist skills or experience, which they do not possess and to keep up to date with current law. Peter has particular expertise in the complex field of head injury.
