Michael Brady, who is based at our Cirencester office, is an experienced family law solicitor and a member of the Law Society specialist family law panel.

His work includes divorce and cohabitation breakdown, and the financial issues arising, and children issues, in which he has acted on behalf of both parents and local authorities.

Michael believes strongly in a conciliatory approach to family law work and in seeking practical solutions to often complex family problems, which includes collaborative law, a way of resolving family issues without involving the courts.

Michael is happily married with 2 children.
