Matthew Martin

Matthew Martin

Matthew is a solicitor in our Gloucester office, specialising in commercial and commercial/residential property matters. He is experienced in land transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use developments, remortgaging & secured lending, SIPP & SASS transactions, and landlord and tenant matters.

Matthew is also able to assist with company, business and partnership transactions including franchise and agency agreements.

His experience with charity work extends right from setting up to dissolving unincorporated and incorporated charities.

He is also a specialist in media law and is keen to get involved with any projects at the earliest stage possible, having been involved with matters ranging from small independent productions to films with multi-million Pound budgets, as well as niche agencies.
