Gerard McLachlan

Primarily a property specialist, Gerard acts for a wide range of private and commercial clients, including owner/occupiers, landlords, developers, buy-to-let investors, charities and housing associations in a variety of property transactions. With additional experience of acting for SMEs, partnerships and sole traders in business affairs and commercial law matters, Gerard works to bring a practical and pragmatic approach to his clients' instructions.
