Derek Callanan

Derek Callanan

Derek attended the National University of Ireland and obtained a B.A. (honours) degree in law and a LL.B. (honours) degree.

He also holds a Diploma in Commercial Law, Diploma in Corporate Law and a Diploma in Commercial Property Law all obtained from the Law Society of Ireland.

Derek qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England, Wales and Ireland.

Since qualification as a Solicitor he has specialised in high value commercial property transactions with an emphasis on advising property developers, construction companies and lending institutions. Derek is experienced in all types of property transactions.

Derek can also advise on Company and Commercial Law and has dealt with a wide variety of such work.

Derek has a keen interest in playing golf and walking the country side in his spare time.
