A Home Information Pack (HIP) is a mandatory part of selling any property placed on the market from 14 December 2007.

As residential property specialists, we produce HIPs for clients selling their homes to ensure that all legal requirements are met in an efficient and cost-effective way.

By commissioning an independently produced HIP, clients also have the advantage that their HIP is easily portable if they wish to change estate agents or to switch from an estate agent to marketing their property themselves.
