New permanent Headway centre opens in Gloucester

A new centre has opened in Gloucester providing long-term support for the needs of people with acquired brain injuries.


All change

As of 1st October 2011 we will be changing to a corporate structure, under the name of Davey Law Limited although we will still be trading as Davey Franklin Jones Solicitors. We will continue to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and this change will not affect our clients, or the services we provide to them.

Agency worker legislation to prove costly for businesses

New regulations which come into force on 1st October will give agency workers greater rights. After 12 weeks of employment, they will be entitled to the same basic employment and working conditions as permanent staff, including holiday time, pay and maternity leave.
